The Arcady is being developed by KSH Ultra Unity Pte Ltd
The Arcady at Boon Keng is a freehold condominium that is being developed by a joint venture between KSH Holdings, SLB Development, and Ho Lee Group. KSH Holdings is a leading construction and property development company in Singapore that has been in operation since 1979. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of its customers.
SLB Development is a subsidiary of Lian Beng Group, one of the largest construction and engineering companies in Singapore. The company has been involved in a number of successful property development projects in Singapore, including the development of The Antares, a 265-unit condominium in Mattar Road.
KSH Ultra Unity Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of KSH Holdings, is the developer behind The Arcady at Boon Keng. The company is committed to delivering a high-quality living experience to residents of the condominium.
The development was formerly known as Euro-Asia Apartments, a 10-storey freehold development in Serangoon. It was sold for S$222.18 million to KSHUU, an indirect subsidiary of KSH Holdings. The site has a plot ratio of 2.8 and can be redeveloped into a new residential project with about 172 units.
The joint venture between Chinese developers KSH Holdings Huray Development and MCC Land (Singapore) are the en bloc buyer of the collective sale site. The partners said in a joint statement on May 26: “We are excited that the sale order has been granted for the collective sale of The Arcady At Boon Keng, likely one of the biggest collective sale transactions in the Outside Central Region.”
